Patio Life re-defines the term “lift and slide”. Traditional lift and slide doors rely on the entire sash being lifted via a handle operation. The new sliding hardware from Roto allows large timber doors to be opened and slid with ease. This is due to the unique mechanism which raises the gaskets around the sash – these are then lowered again during closing. There are many further advantages to Patio Life; one of which is that concealed night ventilation is possible whilst the door remains completely locked.
